Pepperoni Arrosto con Tonno (Roasted Peppers with Tuna)
Extra virgin olive oil
Roast the peppers in the oven or on a flame on the stovetop.
Peel the roasted skin off the peppers, clean the inside (remove seeds) and cut in half.
Place the pepper halves on a serving tray.
With a whole chunk of garlic, scrape the inside of each pepper a few times to get the garlic flavor.
Put a spoonful of tuna on each pepper half.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and salt over the plate.
